Lion Motion Production is a full-service line production company headquartered in New Jersey, serving film enthusiasts, independent filmmakers, influencers, content producers, and local and global studios choosing New Jersey as their production home.
We provide end-to-end filmmaking services — from concept development, budgeting, and pre-production planning through principal photography, post-production, and release. We also provide specialized consulting on New Jersey’s film and digital media tax incentives, helping productions of every size structure their budgets to capture the maximum available credit.

Lion Motion is not a typical production house. We are a social enterprise of the Ideal Institute of Technology (IITNJ) — a nonprofit career college accredited by the Middle States Association, approved by the New Jersey Departments of Education and Labor, and registered with the U.S. Department of Labor as an apprenticeship sponsor.
IITNJ operates on a Learn + Work + Earn model: students earn income through real work on real productions while completing their training. Lion Motion is where that model comes to life for film and digital media.
Our sets are working classrooms. Our clients get professional results; our students get paid, credited, portfolio-building experience; and New Jersey gets a growing, homegrown film workforce.
